UT Health East Texas is seeking a Clinical Educator CVICU RN to support nursing excellence in our cardiovascular ICU. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates evidence-based education for CVICU nurses, supports onboarding and competency validation, and promotes best practices in patient safety and quality. The educator partners with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to assess learning needs, mentor staff, support clinical initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in cardiac and critical care outcomes in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
