In the role of Industrial Architecture Team Lead, we'll count on you to: Assist in the responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing supportMay function as an Assistant Project Manager and assist in responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilitiesAssist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sectionsBe involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviewsBe directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issuesAssist in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management systemImplement, monitor and support company policyAssist in the selection, training, development and management of technical personnelWork cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production effortsPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsA minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar project types, such as mission critical facilities, data centers, advanced manufacturing, water treatment, maintenance facilities, or similar.Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staffMaintains a professional architecture license and is willing to stamp drawingsDue to client contract requirements, US Citizenship or permanent residency is required.QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 7 years experienceRegistered ArchitectStrong communication and listening skillsAbility to handle multiple assignmentsGood leadership and organizational skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
