Responsibilities Representing clients before USCIS and various immigration courts and agencies. Conducting legal research and writing detailed briefs. Interviewing clients to collect information. Preparing clients for court interviews. Qualifications Licensed attorney in any U.S. state. Law school degree. Excellent research and writing skills. Other Requirements Multi-lingual is a plus, but not required. Ability to work independently and manage caseload on a contract basis.
