HVAC Installer (New Construction & Ductwork)

We're looking for a skilled and motivated duct installer to join our team in Key West. This role will focus primarily on commercial and new construction projects, with some residential work as well. You'll be a key part of delivering clean, efficient, and properly installed duct systems that perform the way they're supposed to.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing ductwork systems for commercial and new construction projects
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and mechanical layouts
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing duct systems (flex, metal, and duct board)
• Hanging and securing ductwork according to code and project specifications
• Sealing duct systems properly to ensure efficiency and performance
• Installing boots, grilles, registers, and diffusers
• Working alongside project managers, supervisors, and other trades on job sites
• Ensuring all work meets local codes and company quality standards
• Troubleshooting layout or installation challenges in the field
• Assisting with equipment setting and basic HVAC install tasks when needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Loading and unloading materials and ensuring trucks are stocked for upcoming jobs

What We're Looking For

• Experience with duct installation (commercial and/or residential)
• Ability to read blueprints and understand job layouts
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, high-quality work
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
• Reliable and consistent
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions (attics, rooftops, job sites)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
