Job Summary
Labor And Delivery (L&D) Nurse - Portsmouth, NH. The organization is seeking a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse to support care within the Family Services unit, including LDRP and Nursery/NICU support as needed. The role involves delivering patient-centered care with a team-oriented approach. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (C-EFM); license must be in hand at time of submission; Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience and Postpartum (PP) advanced skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Nursery/NICU experience (a plus).
• Additional Information: Floating may be required to other units as helping hands, sitter support, or virtual patient support. Meditech Expanse and CPN Connect are used for documentation. The unit serves L&D/PP and Gyn/Pedi populations. Team-oriented environment with patient-centered care focus; doulas and massage therapy are available at patient request. Procedures and unit-specific items mentioned include versions, circumcisions, and C-sections.
