The Senior Director of Dining Services will oversee the dining operation in Canton, GA. Job Summary Senior Director of Food and Nutrition responsible for leading a high‑performing team, driving financial performance, developing talent, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day foodservice operation, focusing on hospitality, quality, and operational excellence. Manage financial performance within budget while maximizing value for the client. Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing leadership team and frontline associates. Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership and collaborate across departments. Drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Foster a culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience. 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice, hospitality, or healthcare. Experience managing foodservice operations, including purchasing, inventory, labor, and cost controls. Strong knowledge of food quality, production, sanitation, catering, and presentation. Experience managing budgets and P&L performance; contract‑managed service experience is a plus. ServSafe Certification preferred. A proactive, forward‑thinking leader with outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
