Sales Coordinator

Seeking a professional, friendly candidate for our Sales Coordinator position to provide exceptional guest service and support to the Sales office in terms of organization and business functions. Monday-Friday with occasional weekend availability. $15/hr

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Creating Banquet checks
• Printing Contracts
• Distributing Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
• Administrative duties included in full job description and as assigned.

Must be well organized, detail orientated, accurate, good problem-solving skills, handle multiple projects, have exceptional telephone etiquette and have outstanding customer service skills.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
• Must remain flexible with schedule to accommodate business needs.
• Prioritizing is a must! Regular daily duties must be completed by the end of the scheduled shift.
