Position: Class A CDL Driver - Team Position (Dedicated Route)

Xpress Logistics is looking for experienced Class A drivers ready to run as part of a two-person team on a dedicated route. If you want consistent freight, steady miles, and a company that respects your time, we want to hear from you.

Route Details

• Dedicated lanes between California and Washington

• Occasional Portland to Kansas runs

• Team-paired driving (we will match you with a co-driver)

Pay & Miles

• Starting pay: $0.60/mile, based on experience

• Minimum team mileage: 5,000 miles/week

• Performance incentives and sign-on bonuses available

• Bonus pay for passing DOT inspections (bonus amount varies by inspection level)

Hours of Service

• Weekly 34-hour resets required

• Resets may occur at home on some weeks; other weeks resets will take place on the road as the route dictates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Domiciled CDL
• No more than 1 citation or violation in the last 3 years
• No collisions in the last 5 years
• Minimum 1+ year of OTR or regional driving experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness and ability to run as part of a team
• Must be willing to stay out 30 days at a time or a minimum of 3 weeks
