We are looking for an experienced City Manager to oversee our store operations within the city, ensuring business growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
As a City Manager , you will be responsible for managing and developing multiple store locations, driving sales performance, ensuring brand standards, and supporting store teams in achieving business objectives.
You will act as a key ambassador of the brand, inspiring teams, strengthening customer engagement, and ensuring an exceptional luxury retail experience across all locations. Key Responsibilities:

The Role
As a City Manager , you will be responsible for managing and developing multiple store locations, driving sales performance, ensuring brand standards, and supporting store teams in achieving business objectives.
You will act as a key ambassador of the brand, inspiring teams, strengthening customer engagement, and ensuring an exceptional luxury retail experience across all locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple stores within the assigned area.
- Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets through effective business strategies.
- Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to maximize store performance.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and retail teams.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience guidelines.
- Develop talent through training, feedback, and performance management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives.
- Monitor operational excellence, stock management, and compliance with company procedures.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and local partners
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or premium sector.
- Previous experience as a City Manager, Area Manager, District Manager , or similar multi-store leadership role.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyze sales performance and KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to travel between stores and adapt to business needs.
