Being a real estate agent is a licensed position. If you have not started that process, we can help you get started on your licensing classes! Let's be great! This is a fully commission-based position. Responsibilities Work in the office daily, Monday through Friday. Obtain and maintain a real estate license. Participate in team meetings and training. Work with your direct coach to develop your success plan. Learn everything involved in the real estate process. Shadow-producing agents participate in open houses. Build a pipeline of clients. Negotiate on behalf of your clients. Provide the highest level of service to your clients. Qualifications Active Real Estate License or looking to obtain a license. Highly motivated. Willingness to be coachable. Verbal and written communication skills. Disciplined.
