As an Armed Security Professional, you will play a critical role in maintaining safe and secure environments while delivering exceptional service and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting patrols and security checks to deter unauthorized activity
- Monitoring entrances, exits, and controlled access points
- Screening for prohibited items and enforcing site policies
- Responding quickly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Assessing situations and making sound decisions under pressure
- Utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts safely and professionally
- Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
- Monitoring security systems, surveillance equipment, and alarms
- Maintaining accurate incident and activity reports
- Providing a visible and professional security presence
- Supporting client operations while ensuring a safe environment for guests, staff, and visitors

Required Qualifications- Valid Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Clean criminal background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–4 years of security experience
- Armed security experience
- Experience working in upscale nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or high-traffic environments
- Experience with surveillance systems and security technology
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Military, law enforcement, executive protection, or professional security background
