Join an Expanding Neurology Team in San Antonio Advanced Practice Provider Position Details Schedule: The schedule encompasses a 7-on / 7-off rotation from 7am to 5pm. There are currently no on-call duties. Setting: The role involves providing exceptional clinical care in the hospital setting. Qualifications: Candidates require a Master’s degree and graduation from an accredited NP or PA program. You must have a current state license in good standing, prescriptive authority, a DEA number (or ability to obtain), and current BLS. Experience: General APP experience is preferred. Previous neurology experience and an Acute Care Certification are a plus. Compensation & Program Highlights Salary: The salary range for this position is $100k-$130k. Metro Facility Network: Providers have the potential to work at 5 facilities: Methodist Medical Center, Stone Oak, Metropolitan, Northeast, and Christus Santa Rosa Westover Hills. You will mostly cover one site on a 7-day schedule, though working at other hospitals on the same day is possible as patient census dictates. Onboarding: Training includes shadowing the hospitals, physicians, and current APPs. Time spent shadowing for EMRs depends on your previous experience.
