Assistant Manager Responsibilities As a future leader of Midas, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Key duties include enforcing policies and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety. Service Manager Responsibilities The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. They direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drive sales initiatives. Duties also include communicating directly with customers, assessing needs, providing repair/maintenance information, ensuring satisfaction, and striving to exceed customer expectations. Qualifications Experience: At least 2 years in automotive parts and/or tire sales or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
