Texan Roots Insurance is looking for a Spanish-English bilingual insurance professional—or someone ready to start an insurance career—who wants to help Texas families and businesses navigate insurance conversations with clarity and respect.

Bilingual ability is a powerful customer-service strength at Texan Roots. The formal role will match your current licensing and experience.

This is an Associate Producer opportunity. You will build a foundation in customer conversations, coverage knowledge, documentation, new-business habits, and long-term relationship care while receiving regular coaching and feedback.

As a locally owned Farmers Insurance agency, we are building a culture around honesty, preparation, and accountability. Wade Fieber’s background in sales leadership and coaching—including a decade at USAA—shapes how we support producers: clear expectations, practical role-play, and a focus on relationships that customers want to keep.

Responsibilities

•Build trust with English- and Spanish-speaking customers through clear, respectful communication.

•Help customers understand their next step and connect them with the right team member.

•Keep follow-up and handoffs organized so customers know what happens next.

•Build insurance knowledge, customer-care skills, and role-specific licensing over time.

•Take part in team huddles, role-play, coaching, and ongoing learning.

Requirements

•Strong customer communication and follow-through.

•Pride in accurate work and doing what you say you will do.

•Interest in earning or maintaining both P&C and Life credentials as your career grows.

•Speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English with professional confidence.

•Have a current Texas insurance license, are working toward one, or are ready to pursue one.

•Value accuracy, preparation, and treating every customer with dignity.

•Want a career with coaching, a clear learning path, and room to grow.
