divh2General Maintenance/h2pDays are Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7AM-3PM/ppThe general maintenance person provides the hospital with a variety of maintenance services in the areas of plumbing, electric and HVAC./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliPreventive maintenance on HVAC equipment/liliBe able to work on BMS system (computer)/liliChange belts on air handlers/liliClear drains/liliChange filters/liliSnow removal/li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma, G.E.D. or relative experience/lili3-4 years general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and power plant watch duties/liliValid drivers license/li/ulpStarting from USD $32.00/Hr./ppThis range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
