Assembly - Automotive Manufacturing

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Our Client:

A leader in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and innovative organization. ??

What You'll Do:

• Follow detailed work instructions to complete assembly tasks

• Collaborate with the plant team to ensure quality and process standards are met

• Perform quality checks and inspections

• Report any safety, quality, maintenance, or production concerns to supervisors

• Use IT systems for documentation and communication

What You'll Need:

• 1 to 3 years of assembly experience in the automotive industry

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Valid driver's license (required)

• Strong willingness to learn and grow

• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime

• Fluent in English (required)

• Automotive repair experience is a plus
