Dealer Development Representative - Diesel Aftermarket

Identify, prospect, and sign diesel performance shops, off-road retailers, and truck accessory dealers across Texas and neighboring states Represent our full brand portfolio at industry events: SEMA Show, Lone Star Throwdown, Scheid Diesel Extravaganza, ODSS events, regional truck shows, and drag races . You're not just selling one product line — you're showing shops and customers how our different brands and product lines fit different needs and budgets Manage a sales pipeline in CRM, track account activity, and report on territory performance Gather market intelligence — what are shops asking for, what are competitors doing, where's the gap Community & Brand Engagement (30%) Be the face of our brands in the Texas diesel community — at events, online, in Facebook groups and forums. One brand might be the right fit for a shop's high-end customer; another brand might be the volume play. You'll know how to position each one Build relationships with shop owners, diesel influencers, and key voices in the aftermarket Support our content creator with on-the-ground coverage at events and shop visits Identify UGC opportunities and customer stories worth telling Who You Are Hard Requirements 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive aftermarket, diesel performance, or truck accessories Working knowledge of diesel trucks and aftermarket parts — you can have a real conversation about exhaust systems, tuners, lift kits, fuel systems, and forced induction Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within Texas and occasional out-of-state trips Based in or willing to relocate to the DFW or Houston metro area Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools Strongly Preferred Existing relationships with diesel performance shops, off-road retailers, or truck accessory dealers in Texas You drive a truck (bonus points if it's a diesel) Experience working at or selling to diesel/off-road shops You've attended SEMA, PRI, or major diesel events — and you know what matters at them Nice-to-Have Experience with dealer co-op programs, merchandising, or retail program management #J-18808-Ljbffr Stanley Executive Search, Inc
