Responsibilities: Make a memorable first and last impression. Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner. Seat guests in the dining and bar areas, ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff. Coordinate the wait and seat guests with a sense of urgency. Always smile and engage in genuine conversations with guests. Maintain general knowledge of the food and drink menu; recommend and upsell products. Answer the phone promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed. Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW customers is fulfilled. Teamwork is essential. Lead the lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards. Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift. Requirements: Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential duties. For California-based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
