Position Overview\nClient Centered Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment\nThis role is a remote position, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while maintaining a strong connection with school settings in San Antonio, Texas. Working collaboratively with educators, school staff, and families, you will engage virtually to deliver essential services while utilizing advanced technology and resources to facilitate evaluations and assessments.
Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the psychosocial needs of students. \n
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. \n
- Regularly monitor client outcomes and progress, keeping thorough documentation as required. \n
- Provide guidance and support to families, helping them navigate challenges and access necessary resources to support their children. \n
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and standards while delivering services. \n
- Build rapport with children, their families, and team members to foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for learning. \n
- Engage in crisis management and risk assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. \n
Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents within our educational partnerships, where you will strive to address their mental health needs by collaborating closely with schools. You will provide essential support not only to the students but also educate and empower their families about relevant mental health resources and strategies.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is required. \n
- An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Texas. \n
- Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents, including developmental issues and crisis management. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on creating positive and effective collaborations. \n
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills necessary for managing multiple cases effectively. \n
While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is necessary, individuals with experience in school settings, counseling, or community mental health programs will be given preference. Additionally, bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are highly valued, as this ability enhances our capacity to serve a diverse client population.
