Pediatrician Opportunity | Ellicott City Pediatric Associates

Ellicott City Pediatric Associates is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our thriving, well-established pediatric practice in beautiful Ellicott City, Maryland.

As part of Trusted Doctors, a network of independent pediatric practices throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia, we offer the advantages of a collaborative regional organization while maintaining the close-knit culture of a community-based practice.

Our team currently includes:

• Three full-time pediatricians
• Two part-time pediatricians
• One pediatric behavioral specialist
• A highly skilled and dedicated support staff

We are committed to providing a supportive work environment that promotes both professional fulfillment and work-life balance. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine wellness exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, growth, and behavioral development.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers regarding their child's health.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
• Valid state medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care.
