The Hallmark Company is currently hiring for a dynamic part-time Leasing Consultant to act as the initial ambassador between the public, residents, and property management team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides great first impression while greeting prospective residents, showing model units as well as available vacancies.
• Answers phone calls with courtesy and accuracy
• Qualifies prospective residents and verifies application data
• Maintains daily traffic sheets, pest control logs, and maintenance logs
• Follows up with prospects and sends thank you notes
• Completes and checks lease packets prior to every move in
• Prepares clubhouse, leasing materials, and models for viewing
• Shops other apartment communities monthly as assigned and assists in preparing monthly marketing analysis
• Makes corporate and marketing calls daily as assigned
• Assists with all leasing activities and resident relations

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills

• Daytime shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
