Key Account Technical Solution Consultant

Intuitive Surgical

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Key Account Technical Solution Consultant to lead digital implementation and integration of solutions across major healthcare systems. This role bridges technical and executive stakeholders, managing enterprise-level deployments while advancing customer adoption and deepening strategic account relationships.

Responsibilities

Partner with Key Accounts team to build trusted relationships with IDN and enterprise IT stakeholders
Lead strategic planning and technical delivery of digital integrations across multi-site health systems
Define governance structures and communication strategies for transparent stakeholder engagement
Navigate corporate IT governance processes including technical review boards and data governance
Develop standardized implementation toolkits and track deployment progress

Requirements

8+ years medical technology implementation, enterprise IT consulting, or healthcare digital transformation
Experience managing enterprise accounts or collaborating with strategic sales teams
Proven work with large healthcare systems and IDNs at corporate level
Deep knowledge of cloud SaaS platforms, networking, healthcare data security, and PACS/EMR interfaces
Strong communication and influence skills across organizational hierarchies
Bachelor's degree
