Picker & Packer - 3rd Shift
Job Overview

Join our warehouse team as a Picker & Packer , responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products according to packing lists and customer orders.
• Weigh, tape, and label boxes accurately for shipment.
• Palletize completed orders and prepare them for delivery.
• Rotate between packing, labeling, and palletizing duties as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting shipping deadlines.
• Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling materials safely.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and material handling activities.

Work Environment

• Team-oriented warehouse setting.
• Required PPE: Steel-toed boots, safety glasses/eye protection, and hearing protection.
• Active role involving standing, packing, labeling, and palletizing throughout the shift.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Days: Sunday - Thursday

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $20.70/hr.
