Must maintain the company's assets, ensure quality customer service and safety compliance, and incorporate company HR guidelines.Pay Range: $56k- $80k/year.Responsibilities:Review financial statements, sales or other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement or to identify areas needing improvement.Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.Implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures according to direction.Hire and train Excellence. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, and performance evaluation.Use Courage to handle disciplinary actions up to and including terminations by partnering with HR.Runs staff meetings.Works late nights and weekends to observe optimum lane turnover process, staff productivity, and enhanced customer service and awareness.Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional matter.Ensures the center security system is properly used.Own it by assisting in the direction and implementation of all center operations to increase revenue and lower costs.Completing and reviewing all inventory reports.Process invoicesDevelops and/or increases community relationships through RespectCourage to except other duties as assigned.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year.
