Structure operations to ensure services remain high‑quality and cost‑effective , maintaining a delicate balance between clinical outcomes and budgetary health. Implement operational frameworks that ensure service delivery consistently meets or exceeds organizational productivity benchmarks. Provide direct oversight to clinical department heads, ensuring accountability and professional growth. Coordinate cross‑departmental services to ensure 100% adherence to all contractual and regulatory requirements. Execute ongoing audits and maintain robust quality control programs to proactively identify and fix operational bottlenecks. Minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred. Registered Nurse preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
