Baler Operator

Location: Monroe, GA
Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable Baler Operator to join our recycling facility in Monroe, GA. This position is responsible for operating baling equipment to process recyclable materials while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Forklift operation is required but makes up approximately 20% of the job , with the majority of the shift focused on baler operations and material handling.

• Operate and monitor baling equipment to process recyclable materials.
• Sort, stage, and prepare materials for baling.
• Safely load and move materials using a forklift (approximately 20% of the job).
• Inspect finished bales to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed.

• Previous experience operating a forklift is required .
• Prior experience in recycling, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to safety and reliability.
• Steel-toe boots required.
