Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level care, including those with oncology-related diagnoses
• Administer chemotherapy and provide oncology-focused nursing care in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Chemotherapy certification and/or oncology training and experience
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency outside of Arizona

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations
