Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Assignment Details

Temporary assignment with a duration of 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week.

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department
• Assess and triage patients based on severity of injuries
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities and updates in the medical record
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans
