Looking to Hire an EXPERIENCED: Dispatcher / Scheduler / Office Administrator
Location: Nixa, MO (In-Office Role) Company: Plumb-Rite Plumbing Heating & Cooling
Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
Compensation: Pay is negotiable for experienced candidates Excellent Benefits Package
Plumb-Rite Plumbing LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our fast-paced office in Nixa. This is a full-time, in-office position-not remote.

Ideal Candidate:
• Prior experience in a plumbing or HVAC office is a plus-but not required for the right person.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Exceptional multitasking skills are essential-you'll be juggling calls, schedules, and documentation simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills required: Excel, Word, and general data entry.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Looking for long-term employment with a stable, professional company.
Responsibilities:
• Dispatching jobs to technicians using our scheduling system
• Answering phones and providing professional customer service
• Creating reports and performing data entry
• Filing, follow-up calls, and general office support
• Supporting technicians and office staff with accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Background check and drug screening required
• Strong work history is a must-no exceptions
• Must be punctual, professional, and team-oriented
