• Proven experience in oilfield operations, particularly with lease or equipment management
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental compliance

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot various mechanical and electronic equipment
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with SCADA systems or other monitoring software
• Basic electrical or mechanical repair knowledge
• Previous experience working night shifts or extended hours
• Certification in safety or equipment operation preferred

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications are a plus
• 2+ years of experience in oilfield or lease operations preferred
• Prior experience working in remote or outdoor environments

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts (8/6 schedule, nights)
• Willingness to work in Pyote, TX for an extended assignment of 6 months or more
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must adhere to all safety and environmental standards
