TPL Billing & Posting Associate

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

Execute transactions with minimal direction,

Perform data entry and retrieve data from specific systems

Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections

Respond to various requests for information, as needed.

Escalate issues to supervisor as appropriate

Send standard correspondence by following existing templates.

Adhere to client guidelines and quality standards.

Perform research, summarize research results and compile in requested format

Follow established policies, procedures and methods

Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned

Meet established production goals and objectives

Perform other duties as assigned

Location: Austin, TX

Shift: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of transaction processing experience.

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft 360

Strong 10 Key skills

Ability to Multi task

Strong Interpersonal Skills, Research and Problem Solving Skills

Accounting experience

Self-Starter

Ability to adapt to changes easily and quickly
