Bariatrics - Physician

Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Obesity Medicine Physician who is motivated to make a difference in Central Indiana, at Community Hospital South . Ideal candidates will have a passion for managing a busy medical weight loss program and a willingness to provide support throughout the entire process.

• Non-surgical

• Support with behavioral health coach, exercise physiologist, dietary & primary/specialty care physicians

Desired requirements

• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Fellowship training in bariatric medicine/obesity medicine is preferred

• Certification from ABOM required

• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
