Job Title: Limited License Physician (Supervised) Location: Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Home Position Overview Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Home is seeking a motivated and compassionate Limited License Physician to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a physician working under a limited permit who is looking to gain hands‑on experience in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting while working under the supervision of a licensed attending physician. Responsibilities Perform medical evaluations and ongoing assessments of residents under supervision Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans Monitor residents’ clinical status and report changes to the supervising physician Participate in admissions, readmissions, and discharge planning Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Document patient encounters accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Support management of chronic conditions, post-acute care, and rehabilitation progress Assist with medication management and reconciliation Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care plans Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) with eligibility for a Limited Permit in New York State Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed physician as required Strong clinical judgment and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or rehabilitation preferred, but not required What We Offer Hands‑on clinical experience in a supportive learning environment Mentorship from experienced attending physicians Opportunity to develop skills in post‑acute and long‑term care medicine Collaborative, team‑oriented workplace Join Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Home and build your clinical foundation while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
