We're looking for a Human Resources Manager who is equal parts employee advocate, compliance expert, coach, and business partner.This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk HR role.The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, values structure and organization, believes in consistent application of policies, and has the confidence to address difficult employee relations issues when necessary. They understand that effective Human Resources requires both strong relationships and the willingness to hold others accountable to established expectations.The right person is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
