Job Title Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Details Location: South Sound Behavioral Hospital – Lacey, WA 98503 Salary Range: $31.00 – $39.00 hourly Shift: Any Full-time Your Work Matters How will you make a difference? Responsibilities Document patient information and nursing care in the provision of nursing services. Document any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facility policy. Alert the registered nurse of changes needing reassessment. Report any signs or symptoms of infection in patients to the Infection Control Nurse. Verify the accuracy of patient records. Your Experience Matters Education: Graduate from an accredited licensed practical nursing program. Experience: Minimum of three years in a psychiatric health‑care facility preferred. Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the State of Washington. Additional Skill Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications; CPR certification; successful completion of crisis intervention training including restraint and seclusion policies within 10 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
