Schedule and Practice Flexibility:

• Opportunity to grow your practice within an established referral framework
• Physician autonomy in managing clinical schedule and workload

• Newly developed hospital orthopedic service line with significant growth potential
• Strong clinical and administrative support staff

• Dedicated pain anesthesiologist on staff

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total compensation potential up to 1,400,000
• 730,000 guaranteed salary plus 100,000 signing bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage
