Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and motivated Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial lines, particularly in property and hospitality. The successful candidate will work closely with the company owner and leadership team, managing a smaller book of business initially, with the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role. This position is an onsite requirement during training and a hybrid work model thereafter. Compensation Package Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience) Profit Sharing & Bonus: 5-10% based on performance Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance package Work-Life Balance: Relationship-focused culture with a supportive environment Responsibilities Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from $20,000 to $1.5 million in premium size Handle renewals, marketing, and presentations for commercial lines accounts Collaborate with the owner and leadership team to grow the book of business Assist in quoting new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals initially Develop skills to transition into an Account Executive role, including assisting in closing deals Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in commercial lines account management Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in property and hospitality accounts Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software preferred Soft Skills: Ambitious and eager to grow professionally Strong relationship-building and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Team player with a proactive attitude Adaptable and willing to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr The Jonus Group
