We are looking for a Speakeasy Doorperson. This role ensures the safety and security of all our guests and staff while ensuring our guests and customers' have an environment that is a positive and unique experience. In addition, this role will serve as a Barback as required by the business.


This role requires previous guest service experience and feel capable working well in stressful, high-pressure situations, including ability to handle guest objections and disputes to satisfactory results while maintain composure and clearly identify threats and when guests should not be served any further alcoholic beverages.Must be comfortable checking identification and ensuring capacity limits are being followed, be able to lift more than 50 lbs, constantly be on your feet, standing for long periods of time, be creative, help the team where help is needed throughout the property, keep a clean work area, and have a superior customer service-driven approach.
