Surgical Technologist Sr.

Our client is currently seeking a Surgical Technologist Sr. Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments in compliance with safety standards
- Set up operating rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs
- Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and organization of surgical instruments
- Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies before and after procedures.
- Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a Scrub Tech across multiple surgical service lines
- Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and OR procedures.
- Surgical Technician Certification required for candidates entering the field after 2018
- Candidates who started prior to 2018 may be considered without certification ( grandfathered )
