Remote Life Insurance Agent

MTZ Agency is hiring entry-level Life Insurance Agents to work remotely with people who have requested life insurance information. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role.

Full training and licensing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with people who requested life insurance information (no cold calling)
• Review each client's needs and recommend coverage that fits
• Prep appointments with your mentor
• Submit applications using e-app and mobile tools
• Attend team training and mentorship calls

What You'll Need

• Willingness to get a life insurance license (for those unlicensed) with our help, including a LicenseIQ pre-licensing discount. Our recommended completion goal is about 12 days; timelines vary by state.
• Coachable attitude, strong work ethic, and high integrity
• Comfortability with phones, apps, and a CRM
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

• Commission only; 1099 independent contractor
• Full-Time Potential: Estimated $60,000–$160,000+ first year (35–45 hrs/week)
• Part-Time Potential: Estimated $40,000–$70,000+ first year (15–20 hrs/week)
