The role includes invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using established Oracle and spreadsheet templates. The analyst processes credit and debit memos per approved requests, reviews commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates, performs peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness, responds to billing inquiries, and routes complex disputes to senior team members. The role follows defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests. The environment includes Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, Mode BI Reporting, and Oracle Fusion. The industry context is B2B ecommerce and SaaS. The analyst must operate comfortably in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $25.00 to $35.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates. Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests. Experience Requirements Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and Mode BI Reporting. Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel. Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.
