We also assist many of our clients with permanent positions, including general counsel searches. The Role Latitude is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join our team as partner‑owners who will help us expand our footprint across the U.S. This is not a traditional legal role. Instead, it’s an opportunity to build your own business within the Latitude platform, develop client relationships, and be directly responsible for your own success. As a Partner, you’ll co‑own a Latitude operating company with its own P&L. With access to capital, national infrastructure, and a proven model, you’ll be given resources and playbooks that will enable you to grow your business your own way.
