PACU Registered Nurse

Bring your PACU expertise to beautiful Livingston, MT and join a Surgical Services team dedicated to excellent perioperative care. This travel opportunity allows experienced PACU nurses to support patients through the recovery process while working in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Compensation

* $2,453/week (estimated gross travel pay)

Schedule

* 4x10 Days (40 Hours/Week)
* 13-Week Travel Contract
* Start Date: ASAP
* Shift times vary between 5:45 AM and 6:00-6:30 PM
* Call Required: Weekday, weekend, holiday, and rotating call coverage as needed (must be able to respond and arrive within 30 minutes when called in)

Requirements

* Current unrestricted Montana RN License or Multistate Compact RN License
* BLS Certification Required
* Recent Pre-Op and PACU experience
* Ability to independently work in Preoperative (Pre-Op), PACU Phase I, PACU Phase II
* Experience with:
- Patient assessment and post-anesthesia monitoring
- IV initiation and maintenance
- Medication administration
- Emergency response
- Collaboration with surgeons, CRNAs, OR staff, and interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Critical Access Hospital experience
* ACLS Certification
* PALS Certification
* ASPAN Certification
* Cerner experience
