Factory WorkerCardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Factory Workers for a large, well-known client in Defiance, OH. As a Factory Worker you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.Available shifts include:This position operates on a 12-hour shift schedule on a 2 week rotation. Assigned workdays are based on the crew you join at the start of employment.Day shift 6am - 6pmNight shift 6pm - 6amRequirements of the Job:Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditionsPerform basic assembling, machine operating and material handling.Use an RF ScannerPerform pre-assembly set-up and functions as required.Ensure product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing process.Maintain efficiency and follow safety protocols at all times.Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts that are ready for distribution.Required Qualifications:Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.High attention to detail and safety/compliance.Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.Ability to work overtime as needed.About Cardinal Staffing:At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
