Data Analyst - Complaints & Quality Metrics
MILLENNIUMSOFT
MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking a Complaints Management Specialist for a 12-month contract in San Antonio, TX. The specialist will generate and interpret complaint data reports, ensuring high attention to detail to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of data analysis experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills are essential.
