Healthcare Sales Support Specialist Location: LaGrange, IL. Salary: $25-27 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities Support outside sales and branch teams by providing thorough administrative assistance, including order entry, quotation generation, account set-up, and more. Manage the full order lifecycle—processing, modifications, and cancellations—ensuring real‑time tracking accuracy. Monitor and resolve back‑order statuses, proactively communicating timelines and providing formal proof of delivery to stakeholders. Work closely with logistics teams and vendors to ensure customer needs are met with precision and care. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries, resolving complex order discrepancies with a focus on first‑contact resolution. Identify opportunities to align internal workflows for greater efficiency. Engage in cross‑training to partner with the Sales Support Manager and maintain team stability. Research products and nurture external vendor relationships to verify product availability and confirm transparent pricing for clients. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required). 3+ years of customer service experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills to build alignment across departments and external partners. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and precision. Ability to prioritize needs and manage multiple workflows with care and precision. Collaborative spirit with proactive initiative to meet team timelines. Creative problem‑solving and detailed product research capabilities to find the best solutions for customers. Positive attitude with a sincere eagerness to learn and grow. Experience supporting inclusive environments and fostering understanding across various personalities and teams. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and experience with ERP and CRM software (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
