RN/LPN Charge Nurse

Introduction We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
