Are you an inspired and proactive Athletic Trainer seeking to enrich the lives of young athletes through injury prevention, hands-on care, and mentorship? At our growing sports health collective, we're looking for a passionate professional to partner with local schools and athletic programs.

This isn't just a jobit's a commitment. As a key clinical and community advocate, you'll support student-athletes across practice fields, game days, and recovery sessions. From Saturday morning tournaments to weekday preparations, your skill and spirit will set the toneon and off the field.

Position Highlights

Role: Athletic Trainer School Sports Partnership

Schedule: Full-time, flexible to support practices, games, and events (evenings and weekends required)

Description

  • Deliver immediate acute care and first response at school sports practices, games, and related events
  • Conduct comprehensive injury evaluations and create personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Implement injury prevention strategiestaping, bracing, movement screenings
  • Guide athletes through return-to-play progression with safe, evidence-based steps
  • Maintain detailed injury and treatment documentation in compliance with safety standards
  • Educate athletes, parents, and coaches on conditioning, nutrition, and safe sport practices
  • Oversee the maintenance of athletic training facilities and equipment quality

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or similar field

Certifications

  • Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) required
  • Active or eligible state licensure
  • CPR/First Aid certification required

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick-thinking clinical judgment in dynamic situations
  • Capacity to manage multiple athletes and environments simultaneously
  • Comfortable adapting care for adolescents and young adults
