You will combine experimentation, SEO, GEO, and AEO into one growth roadmap. You will partner with the Web Developer owning technical implementation, so your focus is strategy, content, insight, and measurable growth.What You'll DoStrategy and experimentationOwn the website strategy, roadmap, and performance across brand, product, solution, and resource pagesAlign web priorities with demand generation, product marketing, content, and sales stakeholdersOwn the A/B testing program: research, hypotheses, prioritization, test design, analysis, and reportingMaintain a testing backlog and a library of learnings that informs design and messagingPartner with the Web Platform Lead on new builds, QA, and toolingSEO, GEO, and AEOOwn the SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy and roadmap, tied to topics that matter to pipelineDefine keyword, topic, and entity strategy for product, solution, industry, and thought-leadership contentOptimize on-page SEO: metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and refreshes of underperforming pagesTrack and improve brand presence in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI features)Structure content for extraction and citation: clear answers, FAQs, entity coverage, authoritative sourcing, and schemaRun technical SEO audits and write clear requirements for the Web Platform Lead to implementSupport off-page efforts that influence search and AI visibility, such as digital PR and third-party presenceAnalytics and insightOwn dashboards and reporting in GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms (SE Ranking, SEMrush, or similar)Report on traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversion, and pipeline contributionDefine tracking requirements and work with the Web Platform Lead to implement and validate themContent and collaborationReview content briefs and drafts for search intent and topical completenessPartner with content, product marketing, and demand generation on campaigns and landing pagesAssist with SEO content creationWhat You’ll Bring5+ years in web strategy and optimization with B2B Enterprise SaaS experience preferredDemonstrated results from structured experimentation and organic search programsSolid technical SEO knowledge: crawlability, indexation, structured data, JavaScript rendering, and site architectureExperience with Google Search Console, a major SEO platform, and a testing platform (VWO, Optimizely, or others)Strong analytics skills in GA4 and tag managementA strong point of view on GEO and AEO with hands-on resultsWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS, enough to specify requirements and review workUse of LLMs and AI tools in analysis and workflow automationClear writing and presentation skills; able to influence developers, writers, and executivesNice to HaveExperience with personalization or account-based web experiencesExperience with user research or UX testingWebflow experienceWe know that job postings can be intimidating, and research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
