About the Role:

Therapy World LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Rock Hill, SC. Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments

Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans and goals

Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of South Carolina

CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire

Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitative physical therapy preferred

Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based practice

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
